Life on the Farm
When a personal visit to the farm is not possible, these resources, provided by Plowshares Farm Center for Education and Spirituality, will help children explore the connection between farms and food. Students can meet a cow, visit the hen house, or encounter a small flock of sheep. They can witness a hand-milking demonstration, butter-making, egg-collecting, and other fun and educational farm activities.
Enjoy! And let us know what else you’d like to see!
